Built around the platforms your customers use

AI SEO is not about adding more keywords

Traditional SEO aims to get somebody to click through to your site. AI search changes that: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity answer directly and cite only a handful of sources. If you are not among them, you did not appear in that search at all — even if you rank fifth.

The difference is that these systems are not matching keywords. They are judging whether a brand is a credible source on a topic. That rests on structured data, clear entity signals — who you are, where you are, what you do, what qualifies you — and content specific enough to be quoted directly. Keyword density does nothing for any of it.

Hong Kong adds a further layer: ask the same question in Traditional Chinese and in English and the answer, and the sources it cites, are often completely different. Both languages have to be handled, or you exist in only half the conversations.

  • How often your brand is currently cited in AI answers (for most businesses the honest starting point is zero)
  • Whether your structured data is complete and internally consistent
  • Entity signals: brand, address, credentials and authorship, consistent and machine-readable
  • Whether Traditional Chinese and English AI answers are equally covered

01AI visibility baselineWe measure the starting point: ask your core commercial questions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, and record who gets cited and whether you appear at all. Without a baseline there is no way to tell whether anything improved.
02Structured data and schemaComplete, non-conflicting schema: organisation, services, FAQ, author and local business. These explicit statements are what AI systems rely on to understand you rather than infer you.
03Entity consistencyYour brand name, address, credentials and people, consistent across the site, your Google Business Profile and external mentions. Inconsistency reads as lower credibility.

What our AI SEO service includes

There is no shortcut to AI visibility, but there are concrete engineering steps. These six are those steps.

What this work changes

Part of the return here is defensive: without it you quietly disappear from your customers’ research entirely.

Presence in searches that never produce a click

A growing share of questions are settled inside the answer box. A citation is the only form of visibility left in those searches.

Work that also lifts traditional SEO

Schema, entity consistency and crawlability are traditional ranking fundamentals anyway. Even if the AI side is slow to move, none of this investment is wasted.

Emerging terms claimed early

Terms like GEO and generative engine optimisation carry very little Hong Kong volume today, which is exactly why ranking for them costs almost nothing now. By the time the volume arrives it is too late.

Both languages covered

Traditional Chinese and English AI answers cite different sources. Covering both means existing in both sets of conversations.

Who this is for

AI SEO is not the first thing every company should do. These are the cases where it earns its place early.

Sectors where buyers research first

Professional services, finance, healthcare, B2B — buyers ask a great many questions before contacting anyone, and those questions increasingly go to an AI.

Companies with traditional SEO already working

If organic ranking is already solid, this is the logical next step. If the fundamentals are not in place yet, they come first.

Technology and emerging categories

Buyers are still learning what the category is, so a large share of searches are question-shaped, which is exactly where AI answers dominate.

Businesses with low brand recognition

A company with no brand search volume depends entirely on being discovered. AI citation is a new discovery channel that is not yet crowded.

What we usually have to fix first

These four turn up on almost every AI SEO engagement.

Schema that contradicts itself

Several plugins each emitting organisation data, so one site claims to be three different entities. That is worse than having no schema at all.

Content too vague to quote

A sentence like "we deliver quality service" contains nothing extractable. AI systems quote specific statements, not adjectives.

No AI visibility measurement at all

Most companies have never actually asked an AI system a question about their own sector. Without measuring, there is no current state and no way to show improvement.

The English version treated as a translation

An English page that is only a machine translation is rarely cited in English AI answers, because it does not read like a native, credible source.

How pricing works

The effort sits in technical foundations and content rewriting, so this is scoped rather than sold as a fixed monthly package.

Priced to scope, not forced into a package

A company with complete schema already and one that needs entity signals built from nothing are very different amounts of work. The quote follows page count, language versions and the state of the existing technical foundations.

One quote, everything itemised

The quote separates one-off build costs from the monthly retainer, and keeps ad budget separate from fees, so you always know where the money goes.

The highest-impact work goes first

If the budget is tight we will say plainly which single item is worth doing first, instead of asking you to buy everything at once.

How we work

Four steps, starting from measurement. We will not recommend any work before we know how often you are cited today.

01

Step 1 — Free consultation

We start by actually asking your core commercial questions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, recording who gets cited and whether you appear — then we discuss what to do.

02

Step 2 — Clear proposal and pricing

We turn what we found into an actionable plan: what gets done, in what order, how long it takes and what it costs. No hidden fees and no long lock-in contract.

03

Step 3 — Build and launch

We produce, configure and launch — website, content, ad accounts and tracking all handled by one team, so you are not coordinating multiple vendors.

04

Step 4 — Monthly optimisation and reporting

Launch is the start, not the finish. Each month we review the data, adjust direction and report in plain language rather than charts nobody reads.

Why work with us

We know this sector

We will not guarantee that an AI will cite you. Nobody can, because it is not a ranking position anyone controls directly. What we can do is get the controllable parts right — structure, entities, specificity — and report the outcome honestly.

A Hong Kong team

We are in Hong Kong and we work on both the Traditional Chinese and English answer sets. Overseas agencies typically optimise English only, which in this market is half the job.

Traditional Chinese and English together

Hong Kong customers use both languages. Our sites, content and ads cover Traditional Chinese and English together, rather than treating one as an afterthought translation.

One team, one point of contact

SEO, ads, content and the website sit with one team, so when something needs fixing you contact one person instead of refereeing between vendors.

Measurement, not promises

How we measure it

There is no official ranking report for AI visibility, so the measurement has to be built. We use a fixed set of questions, re-asked on a schedule across each AI system, and record the results — which is what makes the comparison meaningful.

  • How often, and what share of the time, your brand is cited across a fixed question set
  • Which page gets cited when you are
  • Your competitors’ citation share on the same questions
  • How often a Google AI Overview appears, and whether you are inside it
  • Structured-data error count and coverage
  • Branded search volume as an indirect signal of AI exposure

AI SEO frequently asked questions

What is AI SEO?+

AI SEO is the work of getting your brand cited inside AI-generated answers — Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. It differs from traditional SEO in that the goal is not a ranking position but becoming one of the sources an AI draws on. In practice it rests on structured data, entity signals and content specific enough to be quoted directly.

What is the difference between AI SEO, GEO and AEO?+

They overlap heavily. GEO (generative engine optimisation) usually refers to generative systems such as ChatGPT and Perplexity; AEO (answer engine optimisation) leans towards question-shaped searches and featured snippets; AI SEO is the umbrella term covering both. The actual work is largely the same, so the naming is not worth agonising over.

Does AI SEO replace traditional SEO?+

No, it builds on top of it. AI systems lean heavily on traditional search results when deciding whom to cite, so organic ranking still matters. If your foundational SEO is not in place, that comes first, and we will say so plainly.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will cite us?+

No, and nobody can. AI citation is not a ranking position anyone can buy or control directly, and each system’s behaviour keeps changing. What we commit to is getting the controllable parts right and measuring the outcome honestly against a fixed question set — including where nothing improved.

How soon will we see results?+

Structured-data and technical fixes usually show up in citation behaviour within four to eight weeks. Content-level change is slower, generally three to six months. Worth knowing: these systems update often, so results fluctuate, and we read the trend rather than any single check.

Our site is small — is it worth doing?+

It depends on the sector. If your buyers ask a lot of questions before purchasing, yes — and a small site’s structured data can usually be sorted within weeks. If your business runs mainly on local map searches or referrals, local SEO returns more directly, and we will tell you which is the better use of the budget first.

Can Traditional Chinese AI answers be optimised too?+

Yes, and in Hong Kong it is necessary. Ask the same question in Traditional Chinese and in English and the cited sources are often entirely different. Optimising English alone leaves you absent from the conversations your local customers actually have.
