Enquiries and sales
Forms and checkouts keep working after every update.
Reliable website maintenance Hong Kong businesses can leave running in the background means updates tested before they go live, backups you have actually restored, and someone watching security, speed and renewals every month. Sight Seeker maintains WordPress, Shopify and Wix sites — including sites another agency built — and reports what was done in plain language. If your site needs more than care, our website development team can take on the bigger fixes.

Built around the platforms your customers use

We connect technical foundations, Hong Kong search intent, useful landing-page content and conversion tracking—so the work is prioritised around business value.
Sites rarely break for no reason. A plugin updated straight on the live site, a backup stored on the same server that failed, an old PHP version no longer receiving security fixes, or a domain that quietly expired — each is preventable with a routine. We test updates on a staging copy first, keep backups off-site and test restores, and track the dates that matter. Fixing the design or the enquiry flow afterwards is easier on a stable site, which is where conversion rate optimisation comes in.
This page uses its own service and audience journey, not a generic template.
Each plan is set by your platform and how critical the site is. Design changes are handled with our website design team when needed.
WordPress core, plugin and theme updates tested on a staging copy, with a maintenance-mode page only when truly needed.

Learn more →Forms and checkouts keep working after every update.
Fewer outages, errors and hacked pages for Google to find.
Backups that have been restored, not just created.
No more chasing updates, renewals or a developer who has moved on.
Company sites with plugins, forms and a blog that need regular, careful updates.
Learn more →Apps, theme changes and checkout checks — the platform handles the core.
Learn more →Content, apps and SEO settings kept in order on a hosted platform.
Learn more →Owners whose original developer is gone, slow to respond or holding the logins.
Learn more →Many owners come to us after something has already gone wrong. A free website check finds these early.
Plugins updated on the live site with no staging copy and no rollback.
Backups kept on the same server, or never tested until they were needed.
Spam redirects, unknown admin users or warnings in Google search results.
An old version that no longer receives security fixes and blocks plugin updates.
The domain, hosting or admin logins held by someone else.
Website maintenance costs are quoted by scope, not from a fixed menu. A small brochure site needs far less than a busy store with many plugins. We check the site first — the same approach as our free audit — then list every item in the quote.
What shapes the quote?
WordPress, Shopify or Wix, and how custom the build is.
The number of plugins, payment gateways, CRMs and booking tools.
How quickly issues must be handled, and during which hours.
How many small edits each month are included.
Whether clean-up, PHP upgrades or security fixes are needed first.
Four steps, whether we built the site or not. It starts with a free website check.
Logins, domain, hosting and backups collected and moved into your name where needed.
Urgent security, PHP and backup issues fixed; staging copy created.
Staging-first updates, backups, monitoring, speed and form tests.
A plain-language report and recommendations for the next month.
Sight Seeker builds and markets websites, so we maintain them with rankings and enquiries in mind, not just uptime.
No update goes straight onto your live site.
Domain, hosting and logins stay in your name, documented in the contract.
Every update, backup and fix listed so you can see the work.
Consider a Hong Kong clinic whose website was built by an agency that has since stopped replying. The site runs an old PHP version, plugins have not been updated in a long time and nobody is sure where the backups are.
Collecting the logins, moving the domain into the clinic's name, making a tested off-site backup, upgrading PHP on a staging copy and then updating the plugins would stabilise the site. After that, a monthly routine and report would keep it that way — and any redesign could follow through our website design team.

Website maintenance costs depend on the platform, the number of plugins and integrations, the response times you need, how many content edits are included and the condition of the site when we take over. We check the site first and quote by scope, with every item listed.
A proper website maintenance plan includes core, plugin and theme updates tested on staging, off-site backups with restore tests, uptime, SSL and domain monitoring, security hardening, speed and broken-link checks, form tests, small content edits and a monthly report.
A website maintenance contract (網站維護合約) should spell out the scope of work, response times, support hours, the content-edit allowance, how backups are kept, and who owns the domain, hosting and logins. It should also state how everything is handed back if the contract ends.
First, change all passwords and remove unknown admin users, then restore a clean backup or have the malware removed file by file. After that, update everything, close the hole that let the attacker in, and ask Google to review the site if it shows a warning. We can handle the clean-up and hardening for you.
Yes — we regularly take over sites built by other agencies. We start with an audit, collect the logins, move the domain and hosting into your name where needed, and fix urgent issues before starting the monthly routine.
Most WordPress sites should be updated and backed up at least monthly, with security updates applied as soon as they are released. Busy stores and sites that change daily need more frequent backups. Updates should always be tested on staging first.
Send us your website address. We will check updates, backups, PHP version, security and renewals, and tell you what needs attention first — in a free website check.
